I joined the company in July 1998
Describe your role:
I am the Key Account Manager and am also responsible for coordinating moving services for our corporate relocation management company clients.
What’s the thing you enjoy most about your Job?
Dealing with my clients and making sure they feel completely comfortable with their move as its very rewarding when a job goes well.
If you were moving to another country – what would be the item that you couldn’t do without?
My huge collection of shoes and boots! And also my two cats - they would have to come with me.

Describe your role:
As a surveyor I visit our customers in their homes to assess the items they want to move and advise them about allowances, customs regulations and many other aspects associated with the move to another country.
What’s the thing you enjoy most about your Job?
Meeting people from all walks of life and from different countries.
If you were moving to another country – what would be the item that you couldn’t do without?
If I was moving to another country I could not be without my music collection.

Describe your role:
At the moment I’m still very much learning about the international moving process, but am in a position where I am now managing both imports and export enquiries and liaising with our service partners overseas. I’ve also had the opportunity to travel to meet with some of our partners in Europe.
What’s the thing you enjoy most about your Job?
I really enjoy the customer interaction and working with our service partners all over the world.

Describe your role:
"I have been a General Manager at ICM Gerson for over six years and am responsible for the management and coordination of activities at ICMG’s Daventry facility including the day to day management of office, warehouse and packing crews; as well as overseeing client management and customer service".
What’s the thing you enjoy most about your Job?
"It has to be getting thanked by grateful and satisfied customers, as well as the fact that every job is different and always requires a high degree of personal attention to ensure that we continue to deliver a high level of service

Easy! All my shoes and favourite jeans…..Plus the Wii for the Kids!

Describe your role:
I assist corporate employees relocate to the UK and also other destinations around the world. In the main. I support them with the search for new homes, schools, area orientation, settling in, lease negotiation and tenancy management. I also help them when they are ready to move onto another assignment or return home.

The variety, no two days are the same

As warehouse manager I oversee daily operations, including the handling, packing and casing of household goods. Stock (materials) control. Managing our crews and fleet of vehicles.

"I enjoy the variety that my job offers. Every day is different"
