ICM Gerson’s settling-in programs are tailored to the needs of the transferee and the accompanying family. Support under the program can include; Property familiarisation, an explanation of public transport, advice on driving in the UK and obtaining a license, doctor/dentist registration, health care facilities, setting up cable/satellite TV connections, leisure activities and clubs, places of worship, help with sourcing handyman services
ICM Gerson’s education specialists will determine the child’s requirements with the transferee and family and with the information gathered compile a shortlist of suitable schools/colleges for the child whilst the family is on assignment. Advice will be given on the most appropriate establishment and appointments made to visit facilities and head teachers. In the event that the family requires more in-depth support, ICM Gerson partners with a specialist firm who will work with the family to address their specific needs.
ICM Gerson partners with acknowledged experts and transition providers to deliver a range of support services. Programs are tailored to the specific needs of the individual and can include pre-move assessment, re-training and re-certification guidance, continuation of education options, CV preparation and employment search, interview techniques.
Through recognised language schools, ICM Gerson can co-ordinate language lessons for the transferee and family alike. Programs can be delivered in a class room environment, on a one to one basis as well as on line. Lessons are delivered in line with budget, competency, local culture and working/living environment.
